     Repeat of Keith Emerson radio interview:
          tomorrow - August 2, 2002

Prelude

After Tuesday's ELP Digest, I got word that the radio interview
that was mentioned on Keith's site will be repeated tomorrow
(Friday, August 2, 2002). Also, there's clarification that the
source of the interview is a US-based radio station.

Anyway, if any of you are able to tap into the webcast of the
interview tomorrow, please report back on any interesting stuff
that Keith has to say.

Sorry for another Digest on such short notice but I wanted people
to have a chance to hear the interview.

Hello! Great site you have here! My show is not part of the
Classic FM "classical" station in the UK. Rather, it's from over here
in the colonies via WBZC 88.9FM (New Jersey). There is a webcast
(see angelfire link below; requires Real Player). I'm repeating this
[Keith Emerson] interview this Friday (Aug 2nd) along with Annie
Haslam (a frequent guest on my show). You had the UK time correct,
11pm-3am, as it's 6-10pm here [US Eastern Time].
 
The angelfire link is my homepage for the show (on air since '79 in
commercial radio and non-comm). There is a list there of recent
interviews (Al Stewart, Steve Hackett, Dave Cousins, Al Kooper, etc).
 
I hope you enjoy your stay! The webcast has a limited capacity and
some missed the show last week.
